1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital services, software solutions, subscriptions, and consulting services provided by ATLAS HUBS LTD (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and software-based products, all sales are final and non-refundable once:

  • The service has been delivered

  • Access has been granted

  • Work or setup has begun

  • A subscription period has started

This policy aligns with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow businesses to decline refunds for fully delivered digital goods and services already accessed or customised.

3. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds are considered only under the following specific conditions:

A. Duplicate or Accidental Payment

If a customer is charged twice or by mistake, a refund may be issued after verification.

B. Non-Delivery of Service

A refund may be granted if:

  • The service was not delivered due to an internal issue

  • The issue cannot be fixed or delivered in a reasonable time

C. Unauthorized Transaction

If a payment was made fraudulently or without your consent, a refund may be issued upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of the service

  • Inability to use the service due to third-party issues (internet, device, hosting, provider restrictions)

  • Failure caused by user misconfiguration

  • Delays caused by external systems or providers

  • Subscription renewals that were not canceled in time

  • Partially used or fully delivered services

5. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

6. Custom Work & Consultancy Services

For customised work (software development, configuration, design, integrations, consulting):

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Time spent on analysis, development, or planning cannot be refunded.

  • If a project is terminated by the client, payments made up to that point remain non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of our Terms.

In case of a chargeback:

  • Services may be suspended or terminated

  • Accounts may be blocked from future purchases

  • We may provide full evidence to the payment processor

  • Recovery of legal fees, losses, and administrative costs may be pursued

Customers must contact us before issuing any dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
